Want to simplify dinnertime?
Prepare 6 ready-to-cook freezer meals!
Is dinnertime a stressful part of your day?
Do you ever wait until the last minute to cook because you just don’t know what to make? We understand! If you would like to simplify things in your house by having healthy, ready-made meals at your fingertips then you’ve come to the right place.
We currently offer classes where you can come and put together pre-planned meals to take home to your freezer for those days when you just don’t want to think about making dinner. We provide everything you need to assemble your freezer meals. All you need to do is register and show up. You will assemble meals that will each serve 6-8 people (or smaller meals that serve 3-4).
What is a class like?
The evening starts with overview of the class. Your stations will be stocked with ingredients and materials, and we will demonstrate how the process works.
Instructors will walk you through each meal, showing which ingredients to use and demonstrating how to prepare each meal.
Then we get to chopping, stirring, pouring, and mixing! Instructors will help and answer questions.
You then put your meals in ziplock bags, place them in your container or cooler, and take them home. Store in your freezer and cook them when you need a meal!
You’ll receive take-home instructions on how to cook each meal, as well as any additional items you need to purchase (things like fresh cilantro or sour cream for garnish).

Prepare delicious, ready-to-cook freezer meals!
We use fresh ingredients purchased locally and provide meals that your whole family can enjoy. Need smaller meals? No problem! You can split your meals up so that you leave with half-sized meals. And if you need to feed more, simply double your order and you’ll leave with double the amount.
The process couldn’t be easier. Each class will provide you with everything you need to assemble your meals and we will give you directions as you go. Come with old friends or make new ones there. Either way, it will be a great time spent doing something productive.
Less than $4.00/serving
You’ll be doing your wallet and your health a favor by eating at home rather than going out.
Let us help you simplify dinnertime at your house.

General Questions
What should I bring?
Bring a cooler or container (like a laundry basket) to take your meals home in. You’ll leave with your meals in 1-gallon ziplock bags. We recommend a cooler so your meals stay cold.
Also, if you have long hair, plan to pull your hair back (bring a hair tie, or come with your hair already up).
How long do classes last?
Classes are 2 hours, from 6:30pm – 8:30pm. We will get right into it and have a great time the full 2 hours!
Where are classes held?
All classes are at Broulim’s Supermarket. 124 W Main St, Rexburg, ID 83440
Do I need to have cooking skills?
Nope! We will teach you everything you need to know (though having cooking skills surely won’t hurt!)
Can we book a private class?
Sure! We would love that. You’ll need at least 6 people (the room can hold up to 20), choose a menu and then Contact Us to work out a date!
